  • Your User Name is your eMail name, in lower case letters. So for haley@geneseo.edu I would use "haley".
  • Your password is the same that you use for eMail and network access. When you change your eMail/Network password your Geneseo Maintenance Management System password will change as well.
  • Facilities Services does not have access to your eMail password. We can not reset it for you or tell you what it is.
  • Please note that CIT's staff and Help Desk are not familiar with this system. Any technical support requests for use of this site (other than passwords) should be directed to John Haley at x5548 or haley@geneseo.edu.
